1. Review Process
We will acknowledge and evaluate your images within 5 to 7 business days.
1.1 Gift card eligibility & exceptional images
Gift card eligibility (USD $100) depends on meeting the Image Eligibility Criteria.
BON CHARGE reserves the right to decide whether an image fulfills the criteria for an Exceptional Image based on the definitions provided on this page.
If your images are deemed "Exceptional Images", BON CHARGE will issue you a USD $250 gift card before proceeding to publication on any of our marketing materials or platforms.
If your images fulfill the Image Eligibility Criteria or are deemed to be Exceptional Images as defined on this page, BON CHARGE will contact you for a UGC Release (Publication Consent & Content License) prior to issuing your gift card reward.
2. Image Eligibility Criteria
Permissible image content is limited to outcomes relating to changes in overall skin tone and texture, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and skin radiance and glow.
Images depicting outcomes associated with skin conditions such as rosacea, acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, open wounds or scarring are not eligible.
Photos MUST NOT show your full identity. This means no frontal or full profile images. Please provide before-and-after photos of close-up skin, showing ONLY partial facial angles.
BON CHARGE reserves the right to display your first name and the first letter of your last name on the before-and-after images accompanied by a written review.
Photos must be original and capture true and authentic before-and-after effects on the user being depicted. Third party image generation, sourcing, retouching, or enhancement using any photo editing software or AI is not permitted. BON CHARGE reserves the right to analyse the metadata of the submitted images to confirm image authenticity. ONLY authentic images will be considered for gift card eligibility.
2.1 “Exceptional Images”
An image will be deemed exceptional if it fulfills the upload requirements below:
- Show a clear before-and-after of the same area
- Use consistent lighting and angles in both shots
- Be unfiltered and unedited
- Be accompanied by a short written description of your results (2–5 sentences)
- Be de-identified (no full frontal or full profile images)
- Show only partial facial angles
2.2 Conditions of Entry and Product Use
By submitting your entry, you confirm that you:
- Are 18 years or older.
- Meet the user requirements in your BON CHARGE product’s user manual, including any applicable Fitzpatrick skin type criteria.
- Have used the product as directed, following all contraindications, warnings, precautions and recommended use limits.
- Have completed any required light sensitivity testing and observation period without an adverse reaction.
- Have sought professional advice wherever required by the manual.
Eligibility for marketing use
Only submissions that meet the image eligibility and quality criteria in Sections 2 and 2.1 and reflect use consistent with the product’s intended purpose and safety instructions may be selected for our website or other marketing materials.
Your wellbeing comes first
Do not exceed recommended use or continue through discomfort or an unexpected reaction. Stop use and follow your product manual’s safety advice.

3. UGC Terms (Publication Consent & Content License)
By submitting your images to BON CHARGE, you acknowledge that your image fulfills the Image Eligibility Criteria. Your consent is perpetual, global, and royalty-free, covering our marketing on websites, ads, email, and social media.
You may withdraw image publication consent at any time via a written request to before-and-after@boncharge.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request within 5 to 7 business days. We will process your request and withdraw your images from our marketing platforms within 90 days. Please note that consent withdrawal does not apply to archived, printed, or third-party marketing reproductions or placements.
3.1 “Our Marketing”
If your images are deemed "Exceptional Images", we may choose to feature them across one or more of our marketing channels — including our website, product pages, email campaigns, paid ads (Meta, Google, and similar platforms) and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and similar).
