Professional blanket
I have ONLY been using my new Infrared Sauna Blanket for a couple weeks as it arrived before I left for a trip; however, the few times I have used this, I have already seen an increase in sleep quality and energy throughout the next day after use. I will continue to use this as part of my weekly routine to see what else is in store. I use this approx. 3 days per week and I am now interested in the PEMF mat ;) Also, I purchased the Sauna blanket inserts and glad I did for mostly cleanup reasons ;) HIGHLY RECOMMED!!!
We actually have a sauna in our apartment and when we move we will take it with us. Be sure to get the liner and a good meditation app to make 50 minutes fly by.
Nice addition to the sauna blanket. It does what it is designed to do. To maintain integrity, need to let it air-dray after washing. When I wear light sweats in sauna, I will let it air-dry and then wash after the 3rd session (I use the sauna 3-5x/week). I am considering purchasing the 3 pack.
I love it so much!!! It’s part of the ritual for me, even if I need to wash it a million times a week! I’m recovering from a couple injuries and my favourite thing to do is get cozy in the waffle blanket and relax in my sauna blanket.
